¼ cup Tahini
1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans
1 garlic clove chopped
Juice of 1 lemon- about ¼ cup
¼ cup pumpkin mash (canned pumpkin)
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup water
Mix together salt, tahini, lemon juice and garlic.
Blend together in food processor or high powered blender.
Add in garbanzo beans , olive oil, pumpkin mash and water.
Blend until smooth.
You may need to manually mix between blending pulses to ensure all ingredients are mixed well and that the final product is perfectly smooth.
