Weight Management Services

      With this service we will delve into: 

  • The specific goals that you would like to achieve with me.

  • Your medical history we may need to consider with regard to weight loss.

  • Your recent lab work. 

  • Your lifestyle choices (sleep, work schedules, hobbies).Your current exercise habits.

  • Your usual food intake.

  • Anything else that we uncover that you may need help with like emotional eating, micronutrient deficiencies, and supplementation. 

 

Then we will get busy working on a plan.  Together we will develop your short and long-term goals based on your specific needs. I will monitor your progress and balance what is working with what is not working and adjust your plan appropriately to help keep you on track.  

 

Add-on services are available as needed.  

These may include cooking lessons, grocery shopping tours or pantry make-overs inside the local area. 

Health Coaching is also available if you just need some extra encouragement and motivation to stay the course.
