With this service we will delve into:
The specific goals that you would like to achieve with me.
Your medical history we may need to consider with regard to weight loss.
Your recent lab work.
Your lifestyle choices (sleep, work schedules, hobbies).
Your current exercise habits.
Your usual food intake.
Anything else that we uncover that you may need help with like emotional eating, micronutrient deficiencies, and supplementation.
Then we will get busy working on a plan. Together we will develop your short and long-term goals based on your specific needs.
I will monitor your progress and balance what is working with what is not working and adjust your plan appropriately to help keep you on track.
Add-on services are available as needed. These may include cooking lessons, grocery shopping tours or pantry make-overs inside the local area.
Health Coaching is also available if you just need some extra encouragement and motivation to stay the course.
