• Four, 45-60 minute follow-up sessions over 3 months

• Email and or phone correspondence for 3 month

• MRT testing with mailing included

The 1 Month Package includes:

• A prescreen assessment by telephone

• Two, 45-60 minute follow-up sessions over one month 

• Email and or phone correspondence for 1 month​

• Total Cost of $815.00

The a la carte Services

• Individual Sessions are only available after completion of at least 1 month of services. (see one month package     above)

• $135.00 per hour

• $105 per 45 minutes

• $80.00 per half hour

 

 

Phlebotomist fees are not included in the above LEAP pricing.
